Minimum Order: There is no minimum order required, you can choose individual letters or create entire sentences to fit your event or space.

1. Right of Return
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return the products within 14 days of receiving them, provided that they are in the same condition in which you received them: unused, undamaged and in the original packaging. Returns are accepted only for products purchased directly on our site.

The product is returned in its original packaging.
You have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Some items may be exempt from returns, such as:
Perishable products (e.g. food or flowers).

3. Returns Procedure
To initiate a return, please contact us by email at [insert email address] with the details of your order and the reason for the return. After our approval, you will receive instructions on how to return the product. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense, unless the product is faulty or different from the one ordered.
4. Refunds
Once we have received the returned product and verified that the above conditions are met, we will process the refund within 7 working days. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.
You will be notified by email when the refund has been processed. Please note that the time it takes for the amount to be credited to your card or account may vary depending on the card provider or bank.
5. Refund Exceptions
The following are not refundable:
The original shipping costs (except for defective or incorrect products).
Products damaged due to improper use or negligence.
6. Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a defective product or a product that is different from the one you ordered, contact us immediately. We will cover the shipping costs for the replacement or return and will proceed with the repair, replacement or full refund of the product.
7. International Shipping
We currently only ship within Switzerland. Customers outside of Switzerland are encouraged to contact us for specific information on international returns and refunds.

We ship within Switzerland and to Italy. If you are located in another country, please contact us before placing your order to check shipping availability.
2. Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on the destination:
Switzerland: Shipping times are generally between 3-5 business days.
Italy: Shipping times are generally between 5-10 business days, depending on the destination region.
During periods of high order volume (e.g. holidays), delivery times may be delayed.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the package, as well as the destination.
Switzerland: Shipping costs are CHF [8.50] for orders under CHF [99.00]. Shipping is free for orders over CHF [99.00].
Italy: Shipping costs are CHF [25.00] for orders under CHF [99.00]. For orders over CHF [129.00], shipping is free.
Note: For shipments to Italy, customs costs and import taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Liability and Delays
We do our best to ensure a quick and safe delivery, but we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by couriers, extraordinary circumstances or events beyond our control (e.g. adverse weather conditions, customs, strikes, etc.).
5. Failed or Refused Shipments
In the event that a shipment is refused or cannot be delivered due to an error in the information provided by the customer (e.g. incorrect or incomplete address), we reserve the right to charge shipping costs again for the next attempt.
6. Changes to the Order
If you wish to change the shipping address after completing the order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee the change if the order has already been shipped.
7. Local Pickups (Ticino only)
We also offer the local pickup option for customers in Ticino at our lab. If you wish to use this option, select it at checkout and we will notify you when your order is ready for pickup.
8. Shipping Issues
If your package arrives damaged or not compliant with your order, please contact us immediately. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
